We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through Risological.com. If you are not satisfied with our trading indicators or find it challenging to use them, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us via our “Contact Us” page on Risological.com. We strive to respond promptly—typically on the same day in most cases. Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your bank account within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Before requesting a refund due to usability issues, we encourage you to contact our support team via our “Contact Us” page. We’re committed to helping you set up and use our indicators effectively, and many issues can be resolved quickly with our assistance.
Conditions for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept refund requests under any circumstances if the 30-day period has elapsed without a request being raised.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or transaction ID) when submitting your refund request.
- Refunds apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
Refund Policy for PayPal Payments
If you made your purchase using PayPal, please note that the total refundable amount will be $127 instead of the full $135 purchase price. This difference accounts for PayPal transaction fees, which are beyond our control. We aim to be transparent about this to set clear expectations for your refund.
Payment Method-Specific Terms
- For Indian Users (UPI Payments): Refunds will be credited to the bank account linked to your UPI ID used during the purchase.
- For International Users (PayPal Payments): Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account, subject to the deduction mentioned above.
- Risological.com is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways (e.g., UPI or PayPal) during the refund process.
Digital Product Delivery
As our trading indicators are digital products delivered electronically, no physical return is required to process a refund. Upon approval of your refund request, your access to the indicator may be revoked, and the refund will be issued per the terms outlined above.
Partial Purchases or Bundles
If you purchase a bundle of indicators or a subscription plan, the refund applies to the entire purchase amount within the 30-day period. Partial refunds for individual indicators within a bundle or for partially used subscription periods are not available unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day period has passed.
- Good Faith Requests: We offer this refund policy in good faith to ensure customer satisfaction. Refund requests made with the intent to misuse, copy, or redistribute our indicators will be denied, and we reserve the right to investigate and refuse such claims at our discretion.
