SECTION 3 – REFUND POLICY

At Risological.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you are not satisfied with our services or do not understand how to use our Risological indicators.

To request a refund, simply reach out to us via our “Contact Us” page. We aim to assist you as quickly as possible, typically responding on the same day in most cases. Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and should be credited in your bank account within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Conditions for Refunds

We do not accept refund requests under any circumstances if the 30-day period has passed without a refund request being raised.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.

Refund Policy for PayPal Payments

If you made your purchase using PayPal, please note that the total refundable amount will be $127 instead of the full $135. This difference accounts for PayPal transaction fees, which are beyond our control or scope. We aim to be transparent about this to ensure you have clear expectations regarding your refund.
